If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Meklord" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed by card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Meklord Emperor" monster from your hand or Deck with a different Attribute from the monsters you control, ignoring its Summoning conditions, also for the rest of this turn, you can only declare an attack with 1 monster.
